Carolyn Hardy, Co-Founder, and CEO of Hardy Beverages, started the company with her daughter Whitney Hardy, Co-Founder and Head of Innovation and Brands, to build a legacy in Memphis, Tenn. The Dream Team manufactures enhanced water products and developed  a state-of-the-art molecular hydrogen beverage infusion process to help with performance and play.

Their products include HTWO, the first hydrogen-infused beverage in the U.S., Nightlyfe, a recovery beverage with electrolytes; Skhy, a CBD-infused water and first of its kind in Tennessee; and Rallie “the Gatorade for dogs” that won the Mars Pet-care Leap Venture Bootcamp Prize and $20,000 for the brand in 2021.

Carolyn has decades of experience in the food and beverage industry as a former VP for Coors Brewing Co., and former Plant Manager for J.M. Smucker Company. She’s worked with brands such as Coke, Arizona Ice Tea, Rockstar and 7-11 Select. At Hardy Beverages, Carolyn uses her knowledge and experience of world-class manufacturing processes, finance, and logistics support to grow the company. As a Black-owned, WBENC certified and women-powered company, Hardy Beverages ensures its team and supply chain are centered around creativity, growth, and inclusion.

Hardy Beverages is on a mission to build a global brand and invested in custom-designed proprietary equipment built in Ireland and Germany to upgrade their 30,000 square-foot facility. The company taps the Memphis aquifer that was discovered in 1887 as a source of clean water that is naturally filtered through sand. The team is continually innovating with new formulations and products to improve the health and well-being of consumers.
