Delta Personnel, Inc. has extensive experience in outsourcing payroll, risk management services, and human resources since 1968. They provide employees to the industrial, technical, & clerical market of the Greater New Orleans area and beyond. Teresa Lawrence and her team work diligently to overcome staffing challenges by placing the right people at the right time. Simply put, Delta Personnel “solves labor pains 24/7”.
Teresa began her career in advertising sales and strategic development. She began working with her husband’s family business and soon became President of Delta Personnel, one of Louisiana’s oldest temporary and permanent placement services specializing in niche markets.
Formula for Success
In 2005, like so many in the Gulf Region, Delta Personnel, was hit hard by Hurricane Katrina. It was during this time that Teresa was persuaded to attend a WBEC South event. Soon after, Delta Personnel became WBENC certified. Since then, Delta has been granted numerous contracts and opportunities to advance the success of the company. Teresa recognizes the value in certification, and has been a cheerleader for WBENC since the beginning.
Delta Personnel was honored at this year’s Summit and Salute and was awarded the WBE Business Star for their commitment and leadership in the local business community.
