NEW ORLEANS – January 31, 2025 – The Women’s Business Enterprise Council South (WBEC South) announces the hiring of Baton Rouge native, Lindsey All, as the organization’s new president and CEO, effective February 17, 2025. All has more than 15 years of executive experience, most recently serving as a vice president for the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). All succeeds Phala Kimbrough Mire who now leads the WBENC partner organizations in the metropolitan areas of New York and Washington D.C.

We look forward to the next phase of strategic growth under her leadership.”
While at WBENC, All designed and launched the Energy Executive Program (EEP) for Women Owned Business Enterprises (WBEs), the organization’s first industry focused learning intensive for entrepreneurs in the petrochemical and energy space. She was instrumental in growing similar national program offerings of WBENC and partnered closely with chemical companies to launch the first Chemical Industry Advisory Board at WBENC. At WBENC, All has led initiatives and collaborated with other national organizations working towards the common mission of supporting the needs of women-owned businesses.
Previously, All was co-owner of Harb’s Oasis, a landscaping company and garden center in Baton Rouge, and led business development and operations at GP Strategies directing workforce development projects for major oil and chemical companies in the U.S. Gulf Coast.
Prior to that, she was employed by Pfizer in Manhattan, New York, in both continuous improvement and business technology roles. Additionally, she served as a human resources assistant at URS Corporation in Baton Rouge, LA.
All received a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development with a minor in Business Administration at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. She also earned a Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership at Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship and is a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
