Supplier Showcase is a monthly virtual pitch experience designed to connect WBEC South suppliers directly with corporate members and procurement decision-makers in a structured, lunch-and-learn format. Each live showcase features focused supplier presentations highlighting their products, services, and capabilities, and concludes with corporate Q&A.

Built for efficiency and impact, Supplier Showcase creates consistent, high-value touchpoints that strengthen relationships, increase visibility, and open doors to new business opportunities between suppliers and buyers.

Apply to Pitch in Supplier Showcase!

Certified WBEs are invited to apply to participate in Supplier Showcase, a monthly virtual pitch opportunity connecting contract-ready suppliers with corporate decision-makers.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:

  • Be a WBENC–certified WBE

  • Have annual revenue of $1M or greater

  • Have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience operating a business 

Selection Process
Supplier participants are selected based on the commodities and services being sought by attending corporate partners for each Showcase. 

Applying does not guarantee placement, but ensures your business is considered as opportunities align.

What Happens Next
Selected WBEs will be contacted directly by our WBE Programs Manager to schedule their pitch for an upcoming Supplier Showcase and receive preparation details. Selected pitch presenters must be willing and available to: 

  • Participate in dry run and tech check 
  • Must arrive 15 minutes prior to webinar start time 
  • Additional requirements will be sent upon acceptance and scheduling
