WBC South & DMC OPEN ON MAIN Opportunity

The Women’s Business Center South & the Downtown Memphis Commission have partnered around a Summer 2023 OPEN ON MAIN Opportunity! Four (4) Women owned retail businesses will be selected for a July launch. The DEADLINE to apply is Monday, May 22nd, 2023 at 4pm.
Qualifying participants will receive…
– 1 year (unless there is a landlord condition) of rent paid on your behalf for a retail space in the Downtown Memphis core
– Expert Marketing Support for your small business
– Launch Event & Group Programming- designed by experts, you and your fellow OPEN ON MAIN participants
– Technical Support – range of services aimed at providing solutions for the management of your small business (bookkeeping, financial management, strategic planning, access to capital)
– Additional benefits will be made available throughout the program year
* Participants in the OPEN ON MAIN program will be required to make an investment of approximately $300/month for programming costs. Qualifying tenants should also obtain insurance to cover the value of your merchandise, etc.
Applicants who have been selected will be notified by Monday, June 5th, 2023. Participants must be ready to launch their retail space by EARLY July 2023.
